What we collect

When you send a quote or catalogue request we store the information you type: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, your role, the products you are interested in and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time. We do not collect payment details on this site.

Why

To answer your request, send quotations, samples and catalogues, and keep a record of our business correspondence. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it goes

Requests are emailed to our sales team through Resend, an email delivery service, and hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. Data is kept as long as we have a business relationship or as required by law; write to us to have it deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies. If we add web analytics, it will be stated here and you will be able to decline non-essential cookies.

You may ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted: gyh@weitewj.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
